B737-800 Type Rated / Non Type Rated Captains - EUROPEAN BASES
The Roles
Storm McGinley, part of the McGinley Group, are pleased to announce that we have secured a contract with Ryanair to provide a number of B737-800 Type Rated and Non Type Rated Pilots to various Bases across Europe.
Through the financial strength of the McGinley Group, we are in a position to provide minimum guaranteed hours contracts (Type and Non Type Rated), Type Rating and OCC training for Captains with no upfront payments.
Salary and Benefits
Type Rated captains – EUR135.00 per hour.
Non Type Rated captains – EUR135.00 per hour (minus EUR10.00 per hour for Recurrent Training Fee and Type Rated Captain Fee).
Minimum of thirty (30) hours paid per month.
Minimum Hours Commitment
A minimum number of thirty (30) scheduled block hours will be paid by the Contractor to the Service Company at the applicable rate in this contract for services listed in relation to duty scheduled block hours in the preceding month.
Minimum Experience
Applicants for Direct Entry Rated Captains should have the following minimum experience:
A minimum of 3,500 hours total flying time. A minimum of 2,000 hours on a Multi-crew, Multi-engine aircraft weighing in excess of 20,000kg with an established airline.
A minimum of 800 hours (Pilot in Command) PIC on a medium jet aircraft in excess of 20,000kg.
A minimum of 500 hours PIC on the B737-300 to 900 series.
Applicants for a full 737-800 Type Rating should have the following minimum experience:-
3,500 hours total time.
2,000 hours on a B747 / B757 / B767.
1000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) on a B747 / B757 / B767 for an established airline.
Last flight within 12 months of application.
All Applicants must also hold a valid JAR-FCL or an EU National Licence and a valid European Passport with unrestricted right to work in the EU.
